The founding of KŐLEVES GARDEN was inspired by a legendary beer garden in Budapest called Ráckert (1997–2004), where we often went and loved it. Our first season was in the Summer of 2009. Originally, the owners of the garden did not promise too many seasons, but in fact we have been able to open every Spring since then.

Our garden is a real open-air beer garden and a meeting point for all types of people in Budapest, not to be confused with our restaurant and its patio. We sell good quality beer, wines and other drinks together with Kőleves-style simple yet delicious bar food from the small kitchen in the garden, where the dishes are different from those in the restaurant.

KŐLEVES GARDEN is a real oasis in the middle of the city, with large trees, plenty of shade and kind people are expecting you from end of April till the beginning of October.
